Appointments to see the doctor or nurse are precious. If you cannot attend for any reason please let us know so that somebody else may have your appointment.
Please assist the reception staff by giving them the information they ask for. They are not being nosey, they just want to ensure you are being direction to the most appropriate person for your needs.
We will not tolerate violence or abuse. The practice operates a zero tolerance policy with regard to violent and aggressive behaviour from patients. Any patient acting in an inappropriate manner will be removed from the practice list.
From time to time the clinical staff may have students observing their surgeries. Please let us know if you do not wish them to be present at your consultation.
